ACQUIRES JET AVIATION’S MRO SERVICES
AT DALLAS LOVE FIELD

East Alton, Illinois — Premier Air Center | West Star Aviation is pleased to announce the acquisition of Jet Aviation’s Dallas MRO services effective November 1, 2006. Jet Aviation will continue to provide FBO services at the Love Field location. Robert E. Rasberry, president of Premier/West Star made the announcement.

Located at Love Field Airport (KDAL), Jet Aviation’s Dallas location is a full service FBO offering heavy aircraft maintenance, light repairs, avionics installations and support, electrical installations, and sheetmetal repair work. Premier/West Star will now provide aircraft maintenance services at this location. Jet Aviaiton will retain its premium FBO services and continue to provide fuel to transit and tenant aircraft. Premier/West Star will retain the facility’s factory authorized Cessna Citation rating. The Dallas Love Field location specializes in Hawkers, Learjets, Falcons, King Airs, Beechjets and Westwinds under FAA Repair Station (License # NVIR998G).

“The strategic Southwest location of Jet Aviation’s Dallas FBO complements our existing locations and the services currently provided by Premier/West Star,” said Rasberry. “With this addition, we now offer our clients the ability to conveniently utilize our services in the West at Grand Junction, Colorado, in the Midwest at East Alton, Illinois and now in the Southwest at Dallas, Texas.”

Premier Air Center, West Star Aviation and West Star Avionics, under one ownership, represent the very best in aircraft maintenance capability and services. Premier Air Center is located at St. Louis Regional Airport (ALN) in East Alton, IL and is a Factory Authorized Cessna Citation Service Center for all 500 and 650 series aircraft including the Sovereign, Mustang and CJIII aircraft and is FAA-Certified on all Dassault Falcon aircraft. Premier Air Center specializes in interior, paint, avionics and engine maintenance as well.

West Star Aviation, located in Grand Junction, CO (GJT), is a full service FBO specializing in airframe maintenance, engine repair, interior, paint and avionics upgrades for a wide variety of today’s corporate and general aviation aircraft including Lear, Conquest, Citation, Hawker, Challenger and Falcon aircraft. An Authorized Service Center for Hawker and Citation 500 and 650 series aircraft, the company also holds an STC for an RVSM solution for Learjet 31, 35, 35A, 36 and 36A models and the Conquest II aircraft. West Star Avionics specializes in the acquisition and sales of surplus avionics through their Hiawatha, IA facility.
