West Star Aviation recently announced Embraer Authorized Service Center (ASC) expanded capabilities in Grand Junction, CO (GJT) by adding Embraer Legacy 600/650 line maintenance capabilities to their current Embraer Phenom 100/300 BASE capabilities. West Star GJT has been an Embraer ASC since July 2011.
Adding line maintenance capabilities will allow West Star to increase their service offerings to Embraer customers and respond to AOG requests. The next step in the expansion will be the authorization to complete aircraft inspections up to 24 months.
“It was important for us to expand our service network in order to provide better support to our growing customer base in the region,” says Rodger Renaud, West Star Aviation. “We have invested in additional tooling and we have maintenance and avionics technicians with the extensive experience and training needed to support these additional capabilities.”
