November 9, 2017- West Star Aviation is pleased to announce its acquisition of MSP Aero LLC, a well-trusted Minneapolis-based company working with avionics, interiors, minor paint and window restoration at KMSP and surrounding areas.

Founded in June of 2009, MSP Aero was created to provide uninterrupted avionics services to area flight departments and received their FAA Part 145 Certified Repair Station certificate by December 2009. In 2013, MSP Aero later added interiors, paint and windows restoration capabilities.

“Our relationship with MSP Aero will provide us with a presence throughout the Twin Cities, as well as the Greater Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and the Dakotas areas. MSP Aero will help refine and support our customers’ flight departments and strengthen our geographical network for MRO services,” said Rodger Renaud, President and Chief Operating Officer, West Star Aviation.
