West Star Aviation Voted #1 Preferred MRO In U.S. For Second Consecutive Year
Longstanding PRASE survey honors top service providers in the industry
West Star Aviation continues to set themselves apart as a leader in technical expertise, experience, and world-class customer service, by being voted #1 Preferred MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) in Professional Pilot magazine’s 2015 “Preferences Regarding Aviation Services and Equipment” (PRASE) Survey for the second consecutive year.
The annual PRASE survey, which originated in 1974, is voted on every year by Professional Pilot magazine subscribers, which includes aircraft owners, operators, passengers and flight crews. Last year was the first time the survey included a “Preferred MRO” category, which recognized West Star for the first time.
“When we were the first to claim the #1 Preferred MRO recognition in 2014, our team made a commitment to honor that recognition by challenging ourselves to further exceed our customers’ expectations through the quality of our work and our customer service,” says Debi Cunningham, Vice President Marketing & Interior Design, West Star Aviation. “The PRASE survey has a long history of being well respected, and we are honored to be recognized for the second time by a group of industry professionals.”
