Dear valued customers:
In the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak, all of us are assessing the impact of the virus on our lives. We’re going through the same process here at West Star and I wanted to briefly share with you what we’re doing and what it means for you.
 
We’ve stepped up our cleaning and disinfectant protocols. Since the early days of this event, we have been meeting or exceeding the CDC guidelines for reducing transmission opportunities. We have strict protocols in place for our facilities, tooling, aircraft and for people in our workplaces and we are actively monitoring public health authorities at the international, federal, state and local levels. Should additional measures be needed, whether in a specific location or company-wide, we will not hesitate to put those measures in place. I’m confident this posture allows West Star to continue safe operations.
 
We’re supporting our people. We believe that we succeed by supporting our employees so that they can deliver industry-leading service to our customers. That value is critical every day, but particularly in times like these. Accordingly, in addition to looking at minimizing potential health risks to our employees, we’re also working to insulate them from potential financial risks. You can be assured that our 1,500 employees are here to help you today and will continue to be on the job throughout this world-changing event.
 
We’re open for business. Many of the measures we’re taking are, and should be invisible to you, so that we continue to meet your needs when and where they arise. As such, we encourage you to continue with any scheduled maintenance or refurbishment activities and to contact us with confidence if unexpected needs arise.
 
We’re vigilant. Consideration of COVID-19 has become a regular part of our decision-making process and will remain so through the duration of this event. We will stay abreast of developments in the industry. We will keep our workforce informed and make sure health issues among our employees are identified and addressed. We will be flexible, adaptable and forward-thinking, skills we use every day in managing our operations.
