We had the pleasure of having these two outstanding gentleman work a repeat issue with our aircraft in March 2024. This issue plagued our aircraft since delivery, and it appears they have finally resolved it for us.
I like having the best AOG team on site. This has been a challenge for finding all parts, completing this in a serious time crunch due to outside services and working extremely long hours over nights and the entire weekend. I appreciate having Paul’s dedication to this project. West Star is lucky to have him, I’m thrilled when he’s available to help. The entire team has done well and you all deserve recognition and praise. It’s hard to find this type of effort and dedication in the world today and I’m here to tell you that West Star has gone above and beyond!
Just want to let it be known that Dana is wonderful to work with. He is so very attentive and detailed on his work scope.

The team you sent out did a great job. John saved the day for me on Wed as I had an accident and could not be on site to meet with the FAA and secure the ferry permit. He took care of all of that for me and did a great job.
I asked Jason and Aaron if they were willing to work a late night, given the late arrival of the parts we needed and the quickly approaching deadline of my owners scheduled trip, and they didn’t even hesitate, in fact they said “if you’re in, we’re in”.
This is what makes not only your MRT team such a valuable asset to customers like myself, but further secures why we use West Star Aviation for our maintenance needs.
I was very impressed with the amount of time it took from AOG request to getting a response from your KAPA satellite. As far as diagnosing and completing the work in a timely manner, this event exceeded my expectations.

Definitely a can do will do attitude. Again not an easy engine change with temps and all the logistics.

Thanks for getting these Docs to me “on time” AC made an on schedule departure, appreciate the extra effort. Please send the resistance values from the Modified Nose Steering Unit you took down yesterday and a note as to what steps of the FIM flow chart they correlate to. You and Chris did an outstanding job for us at TEB! Thank You Very Much !
WSA are one of our 1st POC for US AOG's.
Your workpacks are always perfect and you have the EASA work order package check list included in the Work pack. I wish every Maintenance organisation had the same standards.
