Our Chattanooga location is ideally situated at the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport (CHA) in Chattanooga, TN, offering easy access to West Star’s award-winning MRO services for clients in the Eastern United States. CHA is a full-service maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) center that specializes in the maintenance, modifications, and interior refurbishment of business aircraft, ranging from turboprops to stand-up class business jets.
Our state-of-the-art facility boasts 60,000 sq. ft. of heated hangar space, complemented by a full-service paint facility offering an additional 48,000 sq. ft. This facility can accommodate all painting needs, including those for Global Express, Gulfstream G550, Embraer Lineage, and Embraer Legacy 600. With recent expansion efforts, West Star now occupies over 153,000 sq. ft. of space at the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport.
As an FAA authorized repair station and service center for select corporate airframes, West Star’s CHA facility has the maintenance capabilities to service most business and corporate aircraft.
WSAA will be piloted at the East Alton, IL facility with the first round of apprentices anticipated to start in August 2024.
