Premier/West Star Announces Name Change

Premier/West Star is pleased to announce that it is changing its name to better represent
the combined capability, talents and expertise that the company provides. Effective immediately, Premier/West Star and all affiliated locations and businesses will be named West Star Aviation, Inc.

On December 31, 2004 Premier Air Center, a full-service maintenance and repair facility at
St. Louis Regional Airport in East Alton, Illinois acquired West Star Aviation in Grand Junction,
Colorado and its Surplus Avionics Division in Hiawatha, Iowa. These facilities have been
operating as one company under the combined name Premier /West Star since the acquisition.

Continuing with an aggressive strategic growth plan, Premier/West Star acquired Jet Aviation’s
MRO services at the Dallas Love Field location on November 1, 2006. Throughout this planned
expansion, great care was taken to retain the best qualities and characteristics of each company.
The desire to provide services with the utmost quality, knowledge and responsiveness on all
levels has resulted in a single unified philosophy with a single name to stand behind.

Both Premier Air Center and West Star Aviation are companies rich in heritage within the
aviation industry. Premier Air Center was founded in 1947 and was originally named Walston
Aviation. After an ownership change in 1986, the company was renamed Premier Air Center.

West Star Aviation’s roots extend back to 1952 when Monarch Aviation was founded at Walker
Field, Grand Junction, Colorado. On May 1, 1987, the Buescher Family of
Grand Junction acquired Monarch Aviation, and changed the name to West Star Aviation.

West Star Aviation, Inc. represents the very best in aircraft maintenance and aviation support
services, whose current business philosophies are built around experienced professionals who
