ServiceEdgeTM Customer Portal Update 


Making Access To Expertise Easy

West Star Aviation successfully launched their ServiceEdgeTM Customer Portal in 2021.  The ServiceEdge platform was jointly developed with CORRIDOR, a CAMP Systems company, to fit West Star Aviation’s discerning clientele. Owners/operators have instant access to work order quotes, job status updates and additional job approvals. Notifications will be sent via email, but chat options on both desktop and mobile devices are available as well, all in a real-time communication and workflow environment. 

As part of a recent, company-wide focus on elevating customer communication and service, West Star is pleased to announce several updates coming to the portal.  

The updates will be aimed at better responding to customer feedback and delivering an overall better experience from quoting to delivery.

The future updates to the ServiceEdge Portal will include:

  • Inclusion of estimated hours per squawk
  • Centralized Terms & Conditions Documents
  • Accessible Privacy Policy Documents
  • Parts & Service Details On Squawks
  • Ability To Archive/Save Snapshots Of Quotes

The ServiceEdge Portal will continue to evolve to our customers’ needs, all with the goal of improving communication and making the West Star Experience the best it can possibly be.

Nathan Winkle with Thoroughbred Aviation recently outlined his experience at West Star while using the ServiceEdge Portal.   Winkle, a CHA customer, used the portal for two projects, a G550 Prebuy and a Challenger 300 192-month inspection.  “My experience with ServiceEdge has been outstanding.  It allows me to review my projects in work and approve necessary changes at my convenience.  I think it benefits customers and project managers alike to better manage the many details involved with maintenance projects.” said Winkle.  “My hope is that West Star continues to refine this valuable resource to meet needs that arise in the future.”
