Taylor is a seasoned enterprise technology leader known for modernizing core systems, advancing data and analytics, and improving delivery speed and reliability. He has served as CIO and Global CTO at RS Americas and as VP of Global Digital and Innovation at Gates Corporation, with earlier leadership roles at Mohawk Industries and Eaton. His experience includes leading multiyear SAP S/4HANA programs, consolidating more than 1,000 applications into core platforms, and introducing practical AI and automation to reduce delivery times and costs. He has built enterprise data platforms with strong governance for faster, clearer decisions and established cybersecurity programs aligned to NIST and ISO 27001. Taylor is also a trusted advisor to executive teams on technology strategy and M&A integration.
