West Star Simplifies Customer Communication with New ServiceEdge Software
West Star Aviation is now offering a custom web-based communications portal to their customers called ServiceEdge. This new web development software provides direct communication between the customer and the service teams working on a customer’s aircraft, including necessary paperwork and work process updates.
The new application was customized by Continuum, a Camp System division, to fit West Star Aviation’s clientele. Owners/operators will have instant access to work order quotes, job status updates and additional job approvals. Notifications will be sent via email, but chat options on both desktop and mobile devices are available as well, all in real time. Future enhancements will include a direct connection from the mobile app for increased accessibility, further increasing customer communication efficiency.
The new feature will be available immediately to West Star customers. It will require a login and passcode provided by the service manager to access their specific account.
